Nutrition… Getting what you need!
It’s hard to do… getting your recommended daily allowance of a variety of foods that will provide you with nutrients for your body to be physically healthy and able to combat the environmental factors working against that health.
We are all somewhat familar with the Food Guide Pyramid. The recommended daily allowance (RDA) for fruits & vegetables is 5-9 servings per day. It is suggested to select a wide variety of colorful fruits & vegetables for the different nutritional properties that are contained in each, all being necessary. Eating the RDA of fruits & vegetables has been scientifically linked to the decrease of chronic diseases!
Now, how do we make it happen? We all want to avoid cancer, heart disease, stroke, etc but it is next to impossible to keep the necessary foods on hand. What to do???
This is where Greens First comes in. What would you say if you could get 10+ servings of ORGANIC fruits & vegetables in one scoop of a powder? You might say, “UGGG… it probably tastes like dirt”. Well, when mixed with rice milk or almond milk it actually tastes very good! I can vouch for it personally! And, to add sweetness to the mix, Greens First has added stevia. Stevia is an all natural herb found in Paraguay that is actually sweeter then sugar & has only a marginal effect on the blood sugar. (It is a great alternative for diabetics!) Stevia has also been reported to show promise in helping to treat obesity, high blood pressure, and hypertension. (Wikipedia).
With this knowledge, your next question should be, “How do I get my Greens First?”
I am now a distributor for Greens First & make at least one order per month. If you are still not convinced that you will like the taste, ask me & I will get you a free sample. And, don’t worry, it really does mix simply by shaking it with milk/water in a closed container.

Also take a look at another product by Greens First, Dream Protein. It’s a hormone free whey protein and can be mixed with the Greens to create a wholesome, complete meal replacement.
